Si sono conclusi a Gandoli i Campionati di Categoria Regionale DM over 40, per la prima volta il titolo arriva a Taranto. Dopo anni di supremazia..
Dopo anni di supremazia assoluta di giocatori leccesi come Giorgio Gualtieri che, in coppia con diversi compagni, ha negli ultimi anni sempre vinto il Campionato, ieri il duo tarantino composto da F. Luperto e The King V. Buonomo, ha vinto il torneo battendo la coppia Monipolitana D. Muolo- G. Madaro con un netto 9-4. Terzi classificati G. Zanon-F. Anzoino, che hanno disputato un brillante torneo.

Bravi Fabio e Valentino che hanno giocato in maniera ineccepibile, bravi Domingo e Giulio che da poco hanno iniziato a giocare e stanno dando a Monopoli e al barese in generale uno slancio importante per il beachtennis pugliese, ma soprattutto bravi Guido e Francesco che dopo aver inflitto un sonoro 6-0 nel girone a M. Alessano-F. Papalia conquistano il podio.
Grazie ragazzi per l'impegno e la dedizione con cui praticate questo sport e per tutti i successi che date al beachtennis tarantino e all' A.S.D. Lido Gandoli."
